Thus we have a new issue, where is and what is "Downtown Utica"? We wish to save Downtown Utica's Columbia Lafayette Neighborhood from bulldozers, yet proponents of the hospital concept do not consider this area downtown. With such thinking, one begins to understands why others suggest the 64-acre St. Luke's Campus is within Oneida County's population center, when this is true...
